In many ways, Esteban’s venture is a quintessentially California take on the concept of the deli. Indeed, he’s dubbed it a “West Coast deli.” The focus is a seasonal menu with wide influences. It will feature handcrafted small and entrée-sized plates with locally sourced ingredients. All of these will be filtered through Esteban's vast and star-studded experience.
